HumansBeatAI.com is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. Basic technical information may be processed for site delivery, reliability and security.

Email newsletter

The Human Edge Brief signup form is provided through Kit. If you subscribe, information you enter is sent to Kit so the subscriber relationship and email delivery can be managed. Newsletter consent is separate from making a purchase.

AI-assisted tools

When you use an AI-assisted feature such as HBAI in Workflow Architect mode, the text you submit is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI so a model can generate the requested output. Humans Beat AI does not intentionally store those submissions in this implementation. Cloudflare states that Workers AI customer content is not used to train AI models or improve Cloudflare or third-party services without explicit consent. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, health records, government identifiers or other confidential or sensitive information. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should be verified before consequential use. See Cloudflare Workers AI data usage.

Payments and purchases

Checkout and payment processing are provided by Stripe. Stripe may process information such as your email address, name, billing or contact information, payment method details and transaction data to process and document your purchase. HumansBeatAI.com does not receive or store your full card number.

Digital-product delivery and support

Purchase and contact information may be used to provide access, troubleshoot delivery, respond to support requests, maintain transaction records and address refunds or disputes.

Third-party services

Cloudflare, Kit, Stripe and other linked services operate under their own privacy terms. We aim to use only the information reasonably necessary for the service being provided.

Your choices
